OMG! What a great idea! My main issue with mascaras is that they SMUDGE - and they smudge most under my bottom eyelashes! (Yes, even your Waterproof High Impact Mascara smudges on me.) My question: If this product can be easily removed by warm, room temperature water - how can it possibly be smudge-proof, especially in the heat and humidity of the South? I need to know before I buy. TY:)

i use this when i want to add some more *precision* to my bottom lashes. the wand is the perfect size, and the formula applies super evenly. it's definitely not a "need," but it is a nice little addition to any makeup routine.
