If you freeze the mask, I find it is too cold. I put it in the fridge around dinner, and the mask is ready for bed time. I bought the mask to help relieve puffiness but it wasn't effective for that at all. It felt too heavy to be an all night sleep mask. I used it for almost a week but ended up returning it. Waste of money
After first time refrigerating it melted and was leaking everywhere. Waste of money.
Terrible
I used this mask a few times and all of a sudden the gel beads became super tiny. I purchased another one and again after a few uses the gel beads just shrunk. I don't recommend.
helps with puffiness
I love this mask. I was gifted this from a friend and it really does help with puffiness. It feels like a weighted blanket for my face, i love it.

I have very dry eyes and was hoping a sleep mask would help but no way. At least not this one - I awoke to find one side of it pressing against my eyeball so hard that I was in pain! It's very stiff plastic - horrible idea for a mask material!
