Most Helpful Positive Review Love/hate
Love how well they work, but I'm starting to get worried, the handles are cracking on my brushes and I haven't even had them a year yet! If they weren't cracking I'd give them a 5 star rating.
Most Helpful Critical Review Will be returning!
I tried the eye brushes this morning, which was mainly what i purchased it for. I love the other IT brushes I've tried, but these ones were very poor quality. The crease brush wasn't stiff enough to pick up enough product and to blend and position it well and the all-over brush just didn't seem to blend well. My eyeshadow ended up super patchy today because of it. :/ I will definitely be returning it and just purchasing the separate brushes from the regular IT brushes for Ulta collection.

These are great spare brushes. They are super full but they are just fillers for when needed so they are great for that, especially for the price
Would buy again

They look like nice brushes can't really say how they are. Bought for a Christmas present.

I use these brushes for travel, but I have the full size brushes and love them and hated not having them on vacation.

Surprised at the Quality
Gracie from Washington, PA
I do like these brushes, but I am disappointed at how easily they shed when washed. I have cheap brushes that I've had for decades that wash up great, and it! brushes shed after a few washings. They need to use better glue.
Not a good value. You will be disappointed.

I heard great things about It Brushes but was very disappointed in the presentation and quality of this set. The brush bristles are indeed soft, but not really any better than lower priced brands like Ecotools, Real Techniques, and BhCosmetics. The length of the handles make it a great travel set but it was also lacking in the feel and quality one should expect from a $48 travel set. I bought this at half the price during the holidays at $24 but still could not justify keeping it as I was continuously annoyed at the quality of the brushes and bag it comes with. The bag is made of PVC, and it smells of manufacture's chemicals. If it were real leather than I can justify paying the higher price. But even at half the cost, I just could not keep it. If I would pick one brush out of the bunch, it would likely be the Powder brush. But then again, who doesn't love a powder brush? And there are tons of powder brushes out in the market that is superior to this set in both quality and cost. Do not buy this.

During a makeup class at Ulta Salon, I noticed that the artist's softest brushes were IT for Ulta, so I looked for a set. This set has the basics for face and eyes. Consider adding a fan brush and kabuki. Not irritating at all. Blends well.

I thought the dual ended concealer/eyeshadow brush would be great for applying concealer and setting powder. It is for the most part, but every time I wash the concealer brush, big clumps of hair come out, even though I'm being gentle. I have cheap brushes that have lasted years, so I there's no excuse.

I've had these brushes for 2 years and I still go back to them after buying other brushes. They still work as good as new the only thing is where the name is written on the brushes have rubbed off but the brushes are phenomenal. I'm so glad I bought them.
Big are bad small are ok

The 2 big brushes... don't work good I'd prefer real techniques you get much more for your money. The eyeshadow brushes were not bad but not worth it to buy the whole thing for them... not good enough.

I have a couple of It Cosmetics brushes that I purchased individually and love, so I recently grabbed this set. I don't like them at all. The foundation brush is streaky and the powder brush holds the powder rather than applying it evenly. All the brushes are too soft to properly apply makeup. I would return the set, but I've somehow lost the receipt. Don't buy these!!

Got these as a Christmas present and I love them! I bring them with me every time I go out and I love using them.
Best of all my brushes

This was my first brush set ever and ive bought countless brushes since to see if other kind were any good and I still go back to using this set every single time.
amazing brushes but they fell apart :(
monchikaable from UAE & USA: WA, HI, CA & FL
I used mostly just the eye brushes. they blend beautifully however I had this set less than a week and they eyebrow spowel (I'm sure I didn't spell that right) fell off!!! I don't really like that they are double ended brushes too. I didn't realize it would be such a big deal but it really is hard to store these with them being double ended. overall I don't really like IT products I've tried in the past, however I would consider buying their brushes again.
Not what I expected

This set I thought would be perfect size for traveling, which it is. As for the quality though.. sadly disappointing. My BH cosmetics brushes feel softer than these. For the price I expected it to be more soft. Also the concealer brush hair was messed up already.. btw it was sealed.
Love these brushes and the set the set is perfect!

This is a great set, with brushes that I can really use.
Great price, tools work well

Basic brushes, great for travel

The large fluffy brush is not dense enough to apply a mineral powder, it can't hold enough powder to buff it on. It works well for a finishing powder brush or a blush brush because it can hold small amount of powder and apply very lightly. You have to be careful not to overload these brushes or they will spill all over your face. Which is good for cleaning them in between colors for eye shadow, but not good if you're trying to get a color a bit more intense and you bump your skin or a lash and all the powder shakes out on your cheek. I don't think they're worth the price, I would have rather payed much less and bought drug store brand EcoTools.
This is fabulous, well worth the money!
