You will not regret this purchase! The quality blows me away!!! I honestly think the shimmers are the best quality I've used in my entire life—better than Anastasia, Urban Decay, Stila, def Colourpop... They're SO thick, creamy, bright, & reflective. They look like they have some kind of beautiful shimmer filter on them, like in an ad! Lol. The champagne purple is a really unique, beautiful color, & I'm in love w/ that and the shimmer lilac. There's also zero kickback (or w/e you call the dust that wastes product when you dip in your brush). Didn't know that was even possible. The pans are huuuge, too. The only cons are that 1. the two darker shimmers are very similar in color, at least when swatched (only two I haven't worn yet) & 2. the matte lilac is sheerer than the others, but for pastel eyeshadow in general, it's actually pretty pigmented, as well as very buildable. It's just that the other shades only need a single layer, & this needs a little more to get opaque. Then again, that's good if you're using it for a transition shade. If you like violets, seriously buy this now!
I really wanted to like this palette, I am a huge fan of the color purple and I wanted to support more black-owned businesses. That was one thing that had me with high hopes on this palette. I myself am extremely pale toned, and I do makeup for people with darker skin, and I know pigmentation is a must to show up for them. This palette didn't have it, and that surprised me. I ordered online so I couldn't tell the quality from the photos, the price seemed mid-range for a 6 pan palette so I expected mid-grade quality, maybe Morphe or Colourpop level. I first dipped into the bottom right color (they're not named also the info on the back of the package is impossible to read due to poor choice in gradient use) The matte colors didn't impress. The darkest color looked really faint, so I really had to pack it on with a dense brush. I will say though, for my complexion it works well, the colors are muddled or patchy and the colors are decent if you are willing to work with it. I realize purple is a difficult color to pull off but my grief aside my expectations for the color to pay out more is that the formula irritated my eyes from the start. Such a shame since I really wanted to like this palette. I may have to return it for that, if it was only the color issue I'd have kept it but I don't think I can use it.

If you love purple, you'll love this palette. Purple's are a hit and miss. This is a hit. The mattes are blendable. The dark matte purple is really nice. It's not patchy and blends for the perfect defining/dimension shade of a purple look. The two shimmer shades in the top row are very unique with an interesting shift. I have nothing else like them in my collection. The deepest purple shimmer on the bottom isn't a unique shade but it performs better than most shades like it. All the shimmers work well with a finger or a dry synthetic brush.

I've been looking forward to my first eyeshadows from Juvia's Place because I've heard so much good things about them, but this palette is a little disappointing. I have a hard time getting pigmented colors with a brush. Using a finger works well, but limits the possible looks. The shimmers are better than the mattes, which is too bad because I was looking forward to those matte colors. I won't give up on Juvia's Place but I'm sad about this particular palette.

The colors are beautiful and kind of unique however matte eyeshadows are very patchy and don't blend well. The metallic one are okay noting spectacular. No matter how much time I spend on blending, I never get a good look. Overall disappointing.

Super uber pigmented and lasted ALL DAY without creasing halfway through like some shadows. Love this palette and CANNOT wait to try more!

I am really pleased with this palette and will be looking at their other products. It has such a beautiful variety of shades all in one place.

Despite so many reviews saying how great this palette is, it doesn't hold up. The berries palette is very pigmented and creamy and easy to use, so I'm not sure if I got a palette from a bad batch or what, but these shadows have barely any pigment are are extremely chalky. I only get color payoff if I dig my finger/brush into the pan. I wanted to love this so bad because it's the only full-purple eyeshadow palette I've ever found.

I was afraid this palette would be slightly too bright for me, it is not at all. The colors are truly so beautiful and blend beautifully. This is my 1st Juvia's Place purchase & I look forward to buying more of their products.

I purchased this palette about 2 months ago and I had high hopes for it, considering it had lots of positive reviews. All I have to say is that it's trash. The shadows didn't have that much pigmentation, especially the light lavender shade and all of them applied patchy. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this palette at all.

I bought it because I have zero purple shadows and this one seemed perfect. Although I do love it the only downside is I didn't realize there were only two matte shades. I'm a lover of shimmer, don't get me wrong, I just didn't look close enough or read the description. So that's my fault. BUT it is a great palette.

I adore Juvia's Place palettes normally and they are usually so pigmented. In this specific palette I found that the 2 matte shades are unusable to me and come out a bit grey and chalky. i am unable to get any sort of purple color from them no matter how much I pack on. The shimmers are up to the amazing standards I'm used to and you are able to use all 4 of the shimmers to make a look if you need. I did get this item on sale so i do think it was overall worth it because I can use more than half the palette.

Cheap and there is a reason for that.
Im better off spending a few more dollars to get decent quality .
I love the look of the light purple in the palette but on it didnt show up and I have light medium skin, all the others are just as as useless, put them on and try to blend, nope!
The colors skip even with a base, returned

Amazing pigment and colors. The formula is amazing. I love this palette!!
Lorrie from Massachusetts
I've put off getting this because I keep seeing reviews saying there is no pigment, no color pay off, too light and what not. BUT, I don't know who used these or how but I am so glad that I got this because it is beautiful!
Nan from Kentucky
The colors are beautiful, just what I expected

I ordered the Juvias Violets palette and I love it! Very pigmented and stayed on all day! Ulta shipped it in just 3 days! would recommend.

It hurts to give this such a low review because I love all of my palettes from Juvia's. The shimmers in the palette are beautiful, but the mattes won't blend together. Normally, I wouldn't be so frustrated with purple shades, as formulas can be tricky for pastel/deeper tones, but when two shades are in the same palette they should be able to work together. Will be returning :(

Juvia's Place came through with the formula, as always, but I am disappointed to see that this palette has 4 out of 6 pans that are shimmers. Purple is my favorite color and I wanted this palette because, even though everyone seems to be coming out with a purple or lavender palettes, it is really hard to find palettes that agree with dark/deep skin. However, shimmers, any brand can do well and they are limited as to where you can use them in the eyes to create wearable looks. This is the only 6-pan palette they have that they recently released that got this treatment.
JessicaM from Indio Ca
I like the shimmer in this palette they are great , the light purple is super light but you can work with it ,the dark purple has a lot fall out and you need to keep layering over and over to make it deep enough but the more you blended it gets a little patchy but you can still fix it .
Ann from Virginia
I love this brand, the colors are beautiful and some are subtle and some are vibrant. Great mix.
