    Shake well. Starting at your eye's inner corner, trace your lash line sticking as close to your lashes as possible, and build using small, gradual strokes. When it's time to come clean, remove product with an oil-based eye makeup remover.

    It's impossible to find matte black liquid eyeliner. My high-end favorite was Lancome's Grandiose liquid liner, but I'm pretty sure they discontinued it, which is how I found this Milani one! Super black, matte, stays put (I have watery eyes and oily lids) plus they make it in matte dark brown as well. I have repurchased this eyeliner time and time again, and I love it!

    The formula of the eyeliner itself is great. However the tip of the brush is awful. It's not sharp at all and it's impossible to get a sharp wing because of this. I will be returning this liner due to the awful brush applicator.
