Not waterproof and poor brush design
This eyeliner was streaming down my face just from me being in my car with the AC on for 20 minutes. The brush tip design is terrible. Its very stiff and short. the brush needs to be longer and thinner for more precision.

The applicator of this eyeliner can make a very fine line. I use this to tight line my waterline which is unusually wide. It goes well in between my lashes to blend in the liner. Highly recommend!
