This stuff has saved my skin

I was suffering from bad hormonal acne on my chin. I went to a dermatologist and she put me on antibiotics for three months and prescribed very agressive creams. I tried it for three months but my acne got worse. I still had the Azelaic Acid Suspension laying around and decided to give it a go, in o...

Received oxidized serum

This was my first time ordering and sadly I received an already oxidized serum which is supposed to be unoppened, most probably it's a batch that is expired as the website states unoppened products have 3 years shelf life. I will seek to return this product and hope there won't be much hassle in t...

Don't know if it actually works.

It's nice, it feels good when I put it on. It does have a quick dry down, I just don't actually know if it works? My skin has stayed relatively the same since using this for a few months.

Love this cream!

I have very sensitive skin with Rosacea. I have been using this cream for about a month now at night. While it doesn't completely cure redness (there are no products that do), I can say mine is greatly reduced.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

First time using this with the Cicaplast Balm, and I've already noticed such a difference in my skin! I've always struggled with texture and the occasional pimple, but my skin is finally starting to get that glass-skin effect. I use this 2–3x a week, and it's seriously done wonders for my skin!

Q
Will this help clear up perimenopause acne?
Asked by DJScott
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, as none of our products are considered medical treatments for perimenopausal acne, we'd suggest speaking with your physician or dermatologists for persistent issues. However, Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% can help target the look of blemishes! We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can I use this on my legs for dark spots?
Asked by Kai
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there. Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA has not been tested for use on the body. We'd recommend exploring Niacinamide 5% Face and Body Emulsion. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can i use azelaic acid suspension10% cream in the same routine as the glycolic acid 7% exfoliating and brightening daily toner?
Asked by Tisha
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We do not recommend using Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% in the same regimen as other direct acids. You could apply Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% in the morning, and Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner in the evening, or, alternate your evening regimens (ex. Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% Monday night, Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner Tuesday night). We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can the Alpha Arbutin 2% + Hyaluronic Acid be used with the saccharomyces ferment 30% milky toner? If so, which product do you apply first?
Asked by Nik
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there. Yes, all 3 can be used together. We'd recommend: Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner > Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 > Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Is this a moisturizer? Or can i use it instead of a moisturizer? Its not really advertized as a hydrating product
Asked by C
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% is a suspension cream. If you feel like you skin needs additional moisture/hydration, you can follow it up with one of our moisturizers, like Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA.Was this answer helpful to you
