Does nothing, and it's very sticky
So its super slimy anyways to try and scoop out even with the tool. Once there, it slips and slides all over your face. You can't keep it under your eyes….. once removed, even when its rubbed in, my skin feels weird, and rough.

Sensitive Skin
I decided to try this out to hydrate my undereyes and wake them up this did the job! And I have super sensitive skin, it didn't effect my skin at all nor irritate it! My eyes are ready for makeup everyday and they smooth out my lines under my eyes and they don't slip off my face lol
Doesn't live up to the reviews
I wanted to love these eye patches but after about two minutes they tend to dry up and not moisturize like advertised. They also didnt do much for my under eyes, where ive had way cheaper ones refuce puffiness these did not. Not worth the price for these, ive gotten better for way less.
