Nourishing and Effective Cleanser
I'm on my second bottle of this product and I'm very pleased with the results. It is gentle and moisturizing while effectively removing my waterproof makeup. I recommend to use micellar water to remove eye makeup to avoid blurry eyes from rubbing oils close to the eye. I appreciate how it is form...

Probably the worst balm I've used
I was excited to try this. I have tried a few products from Indeed Labs and like them. I am also a huge lover of cleansing balms. So I thought this would be a hit. I was wrong. The formula is super thick. I didn't mind that. When I applied this to my face, I had foundation, blush, and mascara. The m...

Separates and has weird clumps
I like that this is gentle and removes make up well but it has weird uneven clumps and was all seperated. Ive questioned whether mine was returned or expired as it came with bo packaging.
I was so deceived so not only do I feel stupid but it's BAD

Soooooo you read in the description "Watermelon balm" so what does that mean to you?? Anytime I've ever seen an ingredient call out and it was watermelon it was because it SMELLED like watermelon AND had watermelon as an ingredient. I feel so deceived. However, ridiculous this is I clearly did not see that it's UNSCENTED. So right away when I opened it up I was disappointed with myself because it's very obviously right on the front of the bottle.. BUT then I go to use it... and it was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I have used many many balm cleansers on my very full face makeup and had zero issues with a one time go. This literally took me THREE times, rinsing in between with water, and STILL had eyeshadow smeared all over on my face AND it left this weird film on my skin. So then I washed my face with my typical 2% SA cleanser afterwards and called it a night, did my night cream routine as usual. THE NEXT MORNING I wake up with 3 little white bumps around my eye area that just appeared out of nowhere. The ONLY change in my routine was this balm cleanser. Connected? Not connected? I dunno but I certainly will be returning this and getting my money back.
Great balm in tube
I love cleansing balms - to remove mineral sunscreen and makeup - and saw this on sale… and thought this would be nice for travel or to carry in the gym bag. This works really nicely. Removes even stubborn liquid eyeshadow and tenacious (but not waterproof?) mascara. (Can't speak on waterproof mascara, since i don't use that.) For those of you that complained about it being hard to remove… this is something that works best in a double cleanse. I apply this to a dry face and massage it for about a minute or two. Then i wipe it off with a dry cloth (or paper towel if i wear glittery makeup)… before i wet my hands and nassage that over the face again, for another minute. Then i rinse with warm water and apply a regular face wash, for another minute, before rinsing again. This leaves no oily residue while also not stripping the skin.
eh....
It's okay... very thick consistency, hard to melt into the skin. it takes off makeup decently, but it's hard to rinse off and it takes a couple of times to get all the makeup off
