It works great but it's not well made
I have purchased this twice. It works great but breaks easily. The clips that hold it together are cheap plastic and break off, making it so that the top pieces fall right off during use. Lasts less than a year. Save yourself some frustration and purchase something else.
It does what it says...for a short time.
I'm on my 3rd one. The first one broke at the little clips that hold the attachments in place and I naturally assumed somebody in my home bumped my dryer when moving it and broke it. I decided to buy a second one. Within a few months the second one broke in the exact same way and this time I knew it was no one's fault. Ulta refused to make it right because it was not within 30 days and directed me to the manufacturer. Chi required a $15 check and required me to pay an additional $15 to ship it to them. Therefore it cost me $30 to have their faulty blowdryer replaced. I likedvhow this dryer works and how it makes my hair look, though the tip could be easier to grip. But it is not worth the money to have to replace this dryer every 6 months and the warranty is too costly to be worth it.
Made cheap will not last a year
This is the second time I have bought this blow drying brush. The clips that hold thee attachments has once again broke off. Super frustrating.
