This was a very disappointing purchase. I upgraded to this and was so excited. Less than a year it has already quit working.

I was originally using the Revlon blow dryer brush but wanted a new one and decided to upgrade to this one. I didn't love it. All the extra attachments are nice but I was not impressed by the heat temperature, might work for someone with thinner hair. I returned it and went with the Revlon volumizer Plus, works much better and faster for me.

I purchases a few months back from Ulta, it was working good until the other day while I was using it went into a a blaze and I immediately dropped it before it reached my eye and burned my hair, it burned a couple of my fingertips. I hollered for help because it was still flaming and a friend of mine ran in and unplugged. The bottom where the plug was attached to the blow dryer was melted and it burned my vanity. I am relieved that it did not happen to one of my three daughters. This product can be very dangerous. I attempted to contact the company by phone and a formatted response says "sorry we are unable to complete your call goodbye" the it disconnects.Then I tried contacting the operator and it just plays music and no one ever answers then again it finally gives that same response as before and once again disconnects. I am very disappointed and I am shocked that a corporation this big has such poor customer service.

It's easy to use and comes with many different attachments! I recommend only using this product after washing your hair. Make sure to use a heat protectant before using and an oil or hair serum after for sleek & shine. Watch tutorials on YouTube of this product to learn how to use it before giving up on it lol…
