blue mascara
I was hesitant to try the recent reformulation but this mascara still does not irritate my eyes or smudge on me ever, so I'm a happy camper. I also feel the blue is more opaque than it used to be (version from 2021 - 2024 or thereabouts). And a good value, too. I won't be seeking alternatives.

the Green version is not green, it's more like a steel gray - not what I wanted
Classic, subtle lashes
I bought this in brown to wear as part of a no-makeup look, and I am very happy with it! It gives a softer look than my usual black mascara, and I love this formula for natural looking lashes. I always blot a lot of the product off the applicator with a tissue first to prevent clumps
So far I've LOVED their Blue, Burgundy, & Green shades.
I've been using their cobalt blue mascara for years and I absolutely love it! I'd say it's the most pigmented of these three. The burgundy is gorgeous! It definitely makes my eyes pop and gives a decent amount of color. Not as much pigment as the blue but still really pretty. The Green is lovely but honestly kinda disappointing compared to the other two. I think it needs to be a lighter/brighter green in order to really stand out like some of their other shades do. I love to get a deep complimentary eye shadow pigment (e.g. deep blue, burgundy, etc.) and use a slightly damp brush to gather the shadow and stamp it into my lash line. Sometimes I just do my lash line other times I'll apply a heavier application and line out above my lash line and out into some colorful wings. I also sometimes wear a different shade on each eye. I have heterochromia, so sometimes I'll wear the burgundy on the lashes of my blue eye and the green on the lashes of my green eye (with burgundy shadow/liner on both eyes but I may start experimenting with deep greens as well). Anyway! These are fun, highly pigmented, and very pretty!!! -I've also not had many issues with them running or smudging even if they get slight wet but others are right that they look a little alarming of they do get smeared.

I just tried this mascara again after having it in my collection and I absolutely love how it looks, it didn't take up on my eyelashes. I only do one coat so maybe that's why, but I love it.
