Strong enough to give my curls shape and keep the shape all day, light enough that it doesn't weigh my fussy curls down. My hair needs products that are slightly lighter than air in order to have any sort of spring or bounce to them. Perfect for thin, fine, low density hair

Great for thick 2c-3a curls
I have a lot of hair and it is very thick, and it can get very frizzy. I do have to use quite a bit of product to get the hold i want. The smell is great, and im typically sensitive to fragrance. I apply to my hait when its dripping wet out of the shower, in sections, brush through and scrunch. Then diffuse. The hold is good, leaves a good cast and can last at least two days for me, still learning how to refresh my curls for third day hair.

I've been using the VitalCurl shampoo, conditioner, and gel for a couple years and absolutely love it! it took some time to adapt my hair routine to find the results I was looking for. I have thick, curly hair and it can get very dry. For me, I need to make sure that my hair is pretty wet (not dripping wet though) and then I apply the gel both by running my hands through my hair and then also by scrunching my hair. I also sleep with a satin cap to help overnight. In the mornings I spray my hair with water and tame it with my hands and use a little more gel only on the ends. I love that the gel lasts so long and I only need to buy a bottle every couple of months. I constantly get compliments on my hair! Expensive products at first but they last so long that it evens out!
