The stick/tube only contained 11-days worth of product
I was trying to avoid posting a review of my experience with the company Hygiene Hero on their Daily Nourishment Vipstick Serum, as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they would do right by me, a customer who contacted them right away after I discovered a Quality issue of very little product in the tube that I received after only 11-days of use. However, after sending several emails starting on October 12, 2025 to let them know about this Quality issue and requesting that they offer a resolution to rectify this issue before I post my honest review about their product, I received a few responses on how to apply the product (which I obviously already know how to do!!) with only one customer service rep (Allie) reaching out to me on November 3rd to offer me a replacement tube due to my bad experience of receiving a less than half-full stick/tube of product. It is now November 18th and all I hear is crickets. I had expressed to Customer Service that after only using the serum once a day (one application/day) applying only 3-4 strokes as directed, the tube was down to the very bottom within 11-days where I had to use my finger nail to retrieve the rest of the product (basically empty). Their website clearly states that by applying 3-4 strokes per application, the serum sticks should contain 90-120 applications, which equates to 30-days worth of product in each stick/tube. The tube I received contained less than half of the amount of product in it since it only contained 11-days worth of product. The company has NOT followed through on their offer to send me a replacement stick/tube in order to avoid me posting my review. The serum actually feels very good when I applied one application a day. However, due to the high price of the serum, to receive a stick/tube that contains less than half of the amount of product to only last 11 days, it is not worth the money. Hygiene Hero's Customer Service does not follow-through in helping the customer. It is very unfortunate because the product is good. I understand that Quality issues happen and can be overlooked as I have worked for over 20 years in the Customer Service/Purchasing departments within the manufacturing industry. The least a company can do is to rectify the negative issues and do right by their customers. This company does not do that.
