How do you sharpen the lip liner?

- Official Answer By Kylie - Brand EngageHi, thanks for your question! The Lip Liner included with Kylie's Velvet Lip Kits will need to be physically sharpened to be able to utilize it as intended. To help the integrity of your product, we recommend using our Kylie Pencil Sharpener, and make sure you choose the hole size that closely matches the pencil. Insert the tip into the sharpener. Turn the pencil several times until the pencil is sharpened. Then, you should be able to use it like normal! We hope this helps! Do you sharpen the liner or does it roll out?

I purchased this kit and I cannot figure out how to sharpen the lip pencil! It did not come with a sharpener. I asked in the store and they did not have any suggestions, other than to purchase a $60 Ulta sharpener. What are your suggestions?

This is one of my favorite lip shades. I love, love, love how easily the lip pencil glides on the edges of my lips. I love that the color lasts and lasts. Even when I have a beverage my color stays. Sometimes there is a lip color mark on the edge of the glass but I don't have to reapply the lip color unless I wipe at the lip color or eat food. After applying the lip color, after it dries, I can touch my lips and the color doesn't transfer on my finger. This is a lip duo I will use time and time again!
