I don't think I've been taking this long enough to know 100% if it's working completely but I think I've noticed some hair growth where it was once thin.

I finished my first jar and I have seen some changes in my hair there is some new growth and my nails seem to be a bit stronger, Im starting on my second jar . They are really good tasting. If you have fine hair and week nails like me you should try it
