Is this product non comedogenic or oil free? Is it Ok for acne prone skin?

If you are oily, those ingredients may not be suitable. Like the other products belonging to the Ultra line, this Toner is nothing spectacular. It's milky-based, as opposed to other clear-based Toners, so it gives you the impression that it's gentler on the skin. However, it has not given me any dramatic results of suppleness, etc.

Soo hydrating!
Honestly at first I was suspicious if I was going to like this toner. Especially since I started using it right after Id had a acne break out… I abs loveeee it. Its so hydrating, has no smell, and helped my skin get back to normal in days. Def recommend. And for my oily girlies like me, dont worry its super balancing. It has no oily or greasy feel to it. Its been great with + without makeup.
