Ube is made from Purple Yam from the Philippines. Although, this brand is Korean owned, they are trying to use popular Philippines Ube to entice people to purchase this product. The ingredients listed are Purple Sweet Potato, which is an American Ingredient and Taro. Those are not the same as Ube and they should have just named this Taro or Purple Sweet Potato Latte. Shame on this brand for using an upcoming popular ingredient to get people to buy this product!

Got this during the 21d sale and regret not getting more. So far tried vanilla latte and matcha and I must say ube one is my favorite and I'm picky when it comes to ube too. As a Filipino where ube originate from, I approve.
Mix with morning coffee
Mixed with water was just ok . Mix 1/2 package with 1 cup of my hot morning coffee is a nice treat

There is NO aftertaste or bitterness. First, I mix the packet with a little hot water in a coffee mug; this dissolves the powder. Next, I fill the remaining of the mug with milk. After stirring well, I put the mixture in the microwave to heat to drinking temperature. This drink often replaces my morning coffee, but it's even better to sip on after dinner, just relaxing by the tv. Since ordering, I have placed this product on a subscription. Its not often that one finds a healthy supplement that's actually a pleasure to drink.

I have always been afraid of trying collagen due to the taste as well as its ingredients list (including dairy). I took a whim and ordered this one during the 21 days sale and wow, I am impressed! It tastes really good. Impressed so far!
