Q
The product description mentioned about balancing or reducing sebum production. I suffer from sebum hyperplasia. My dermatologist recommends cauterizing few of those stubborn spots that doesn't easily go away. Should I give this product a try to see if it will help clear the pores and remove skin congestions?

Official Answer By Anua - Brand Engage
Thank you for reaching out to us. The Triple Acid Spot Care Microdart Patch is designed for pore control and calming skin, this face patch contains AHA, BHA, and PHA, which exfoliate dead skin cells and excess oil while deeply treating spots at the source. However, sebum hyperplasia is a structural enlargement of oil glands, and topical skincare products cannot fully remove these lesions. You may try the patch on mild or early-stage congestion to support pore clarity, but it should not replace medical procedures such as cauterization recommended by your dermatologist. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re happy to help. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Are these good to reduce appearance of age spots?
Asked by T
Official Answer By Anua - Brand Engage
Thank you for your question and interest in the Triple Acid Spot Care Microdart Patch. Our Triple Acid Spot Care Microdart Patch is not designed to reduce the appearance of age spots. Instead, it is formulated with over 200 microdarts in a slim 0.3mm hydrocolloid patch to target pore concerns and active spots. Infused with AHA, BHA, and PHA, it gently exfoliates dead skin cells and excess oil while providing calming care and effective spot coverage overnight. If you are specifically looking to address age spots or pigmentation, we would be happy to recommend more suitable products from our range. Should you have any questions or need further assistance in the meantime, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Would this be good to reduce the appearance of an old, dark, pitted acne scar? Thank you.
Asked by Mary B.
Official Answer By Anua - Brand Engage
Thank you for reaching out! This patch is designed for flat dark spots or hyperpigmented post-acne marks, not indented (pitted) scars. While it may help lighten discoloration, it won’t address the texture of pitted scars. For textured scars, professional treatments such as microneedling or laser therapy tend to be more effective. Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have any other questions — we’re here to support you in finding the best routine for your skin needs. Was this answer helpful to you

Fell off after less than a minute

Submitted 27 days ago

I tried this patch for a cyst on my jawline twice. The first time, I could not get it to adhere. The second attempt fell off my face in under a minute. I walked from one room to the next and it was gone (no idea where because it's clear so I really hope my cat doesn't find it first). Also, the design is terrible. The white sticker is easy to get off, but the clear layer is very difficult to take off. Plus, the spikey part is exposed so you inevitably have to touch it to get the patch free so it gets dirty before sticking the micro darts into your skin.

What I Wish I Knew

Submitted 2 months ago

I wish I knew the entire patch is not adhesive; there is a tiny strip around the circumference that's sticky. It's incredibly difficult to peel the circular strip off without getting the patch stuck to itself. Also, they fail to stay on for long.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Finally a spot patch that is medicated for inflamed breakouts. The microdarts actually feel like the acid is getting deep into the blemish. My new go to for stuborn spots, definitely stocking up on these.
