I have medium length naturally blonde hair that is fine strands but thick (aka a lot of hair lol). After my first wash my hair honestly felt stripped of the softness and it was extremely tangled from about my shoulders down. The smell is a little intense for me as I'm shampooing but it does wash out...

Hair Type Straight Hair
I have medium length naturally blonde hair that is fine strands but thick (aka a lot of hair lol). After my first wash my hair honestly felt stripped of the softness and it was extremely tangled from about my shoulders down. The smell is a little intense for me as I'm shampooing but it does wash out and doesn't make me feel like it's lingering too heavy in my hair. I used the conditioner afterwards and that got rid of the tangles and did make it feel softer again. After drying my hair it does also seem frizzy which wasn't happening with my previous shampoo and conditioner. It might be too early to write this review because I have only used it once but after how tangled my hair was and how frizzy it's looking now I am going to give it one more time before potentially returning it.

I have curly hair that I do keratin treatments on & I wanted to try this for extra hydration to help with my heat styling damage. This is way too much for my hair. I have very thick but fine hair & it made my hair look very greasy right after day 1. Would be great for someone with coarse hair.

As someone who has purchased this shampoo in the past, I was so happy to be gifted by moroccanoil another bottle. I have thin to medium thick hair and I get a gloss every couple months. This shampoo really cleans and gets a nice lather. Most shampoos I have to double cleanse but this is a one and done wash day.
