This actually works
I started using this shampoo & conditioner about eight weeks ago. After about four weeks of use, it dawned on me that I no longer empty the hair trap in the shower every time I shampoo, and sometimes I had to empty it, twice. My hair looks fuller, as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I've been using Redken Extreme shampoo and conditioner for years. It's the only set that seemed to agree with my hair. Not the extreme length.. just the extreme, dark blue bottles. I wanted to switch it up and potentially find something cheaper so I did some research and found this stuff. I am pleasantly surprised with how well it works for my hair. I don't know the correct terms to describe my hair, but I'm a 36 year old Caucasian female and my hair is naturally wavy to curly, strands are not thick but I have a lot of hair making it appear thicker, and it's very prone to frizz. I have used this stuff with some leave in conditioner and let it air dry naturally. I've used it and then blow dried my hair straight. I have been very satisfied no matter which way I've styled after. I also have noticed less shedding! I have hypothyroidism so shedding is a major issue for me. I don't have as much in my hair brush or in the shower since using this. My hair also seemed to be thinning before and after using this the very first time, there was so much life to my hair again! I highly recommend this stuff and unless formula changes, this is my new regular shampoo and conditioner.
Bring back Full Density!!
How can you call this product a replacement for Full Density shampoo and conditioner? They couldnt be more opposite! This makes my fine hair flat and straw like. It is terrible for my hair and smells like bug repellent. What a huge disappointment. Full Density was literally the best shampoo I've ever used. I've been a Matrix/Biolage customer for many years. I hope you listen to your customers complaints and bring back a wonderful, even miracle working shampoo and conditioner in Full Density. Any product left online has been extremely price gouged! So upsetting.
Awful
This shampoo and conditioner is meant replace Full Density? That is s joke. The are completely different in every way. This does nothing to add density to my hair, in fact it has the complete opposite effect. My hair is flat when i use this. You kept all the other biolage products, volume bloom, color last etc, but you got rid of the best one of all, full density that actually did what it touted. As a customer of your company for literally decades, I am extremely disappointed. I don not understand why you would go away with such an effective shampoo and conditioner, replacing it with one so ineffective. I don't get it. Do you companies know your customer base or care what they think? I don't think so.

I actually really like how it smells, but that's about it. It's a very basic cleansing shampoo in my opinion. There's not really enough special about it to justify the price. It's supposed to help decrease hair fall out, but I actually noticed an increase in the amount of hair that fell out once I started using this. Nothing super substantial but enough for me to notice.
