This does make my hair look and feel less damaged, but it also seems to leave a plastic-ish coating that I don't like. My hair is fine so whatever is coating my hair weighs it down a bit. And when I curl my hair, the curls fall out within two hours. But, I love the smell of this! I wish they made this into a bodywash and lotion.
