I was SO excited to try this new product from Amika as I usually love ALL of their products. Unfortunately this one disappointed me. It doesn't have the trademark Amika scent - it smells pretty bad and it leaves my hair oily after just a day. Wish Amika could reformulate this so it's more like the B...

So shiny!
I bought this the other day to add to my amika collection (can't get enough of the scent). I tried it out before taking a shower on third day styled hair that had a ton of hold products in it, so it had a matte, textured appearance. I lightly sprayed a section of hair and was shocked. My hair just lit up with shine and depth. I can't wait to use the next time I style my hair. I think it will be a great finishing spray. I use a lot of mousse and hairspray, which can make a rather dull appearance. I usually finish with Superfruit Star Oil (also amazing) or Olaplex 7, but those only work on styles that you're okay with touching. They might not work well with superfine hair (though I've put obscene amounts of the Superfruit Star in my medium hair and it never makes it look oily). The Top Gloss Shine spray feels very lightweight. I know it's played out to say you're obsessed with something, but I am obsesed with amika. I try to have days where I use some of the other products I've acquired, and it just makes me miss amika, lol.

Great for blonde hair! used to love Unite's Shina Mist until they discontinued it. This product totally fills the void! It provides weightless smoothing and shine, and smells great!

Love this spray! When my hair is feeling dull, a quick spay of this and my hair comes back to life. A little goes a long way and it makes my hair so soft & smooth!
