Love this. It took me a couple uses to adjust to it, as I've never used a cleanser like it before. It's like a thin lotion. I dampen my face before using it, and I do use a damp cloth to gently wipe off what remains after washing my face. My skin is clean *and* moisturized after using, which is awesome, and I haven't needed as much other products afterward to restore and protect my skin barrier like I would with other face washes that make my skin tight, dry, flaky, and itchy after using them. I have very sensitive and reactive skin, it dries out very easily. This wash is lovely. It does not claim to be a makeup remover, so I wouldn't expect it to remove heavy eye makeup or foundation very easily. But I almost never wear make up on my skin, and I use an eye makeup remover, specifically, for that. Also, this product is fragrance free which is essential for sensitive and reactive skin. I almost sent it back after the first use, I'm glad I figured out to apply to a damp face, because I really love it.

I have been suffering from rosacea since mid November. This is new for me. My dermatologist said the flare up could be due to the change of climate between Maryland and Denver. We visit our grandkids in Colorado every 6 weeks. I continue to have problems using your product even though I had been prescribed antibiotic and steroid creme. If my face would settle down, I would love your product it felt great fgoing on.

This is not a cleaner I would expect to take make up off. As someone who didn't wear any makeup due to eczema breakouts this is perfect to cleanse and remove oil. My face feels clean and it helps with the eczema. Great product!
