IT cosmetics is probably the best brand to come out in my lifetime (besides MAC). Young folks don't even know how good they have it now because they've never had to purchase makeup from a costumer supplier in some weird part of town they never knew about. Anyways, my question: I'm a mascara gal, and I love to layer mascaras, so is this one that can be layer with IT's lengthening mascara, or do we have to coat a couple of times wirh this to get the tightline first?
