This neck and upper back massager is great for sore neck and upper shoulders. The massage feels soothing and helps relieves tension and stiffness around the neck and shoulder. There are different intensity modes and the heat feature adds extra comfort and makes the experience more relaxing. It's really easy to use and great for those who spend lot of time sitting at desk.

This neck and shoulder massager is amazing! It's more gentle than an impact gun - which is the biggest thing I love about this! I don't feel like the heat does that much for me. But the massage and vibrate/impact settings are amazing! I love that I can use the shoulder straps to adjust the intensity and location of the massage as well. It's perfect after a long day!

Between sitting at a desk all day for work and working out, I get tension in my neck and upper back. I wanted something to release this tension and was excited to try the Thermneck and upper back by Therabody. I use this multiple times a day and for multiple uses. Works well by anchoring up against my computer desk and if I am relaxing watching tv. There are straps that I can hold onto to get exactly where I need attention. Heat mode, red light for deep tissue relief and percussive massage which feels great. It all depends on what I am needing for each day but I am really enjoying the kneading with heat to help get those deep knots in my back. This is by far the best at home massager I've ever used and doesn't leave me needing more or wanting less. It seems to adjust well to the shape of my neck and upper back. Really impressed with the design. Would recommend to anyone who needs extra attention. My wife has been loving it and I have as well. If you work at a desk, or any position that you end up with a sore neck, then you need this.

I usually suffer from neck and back pain due to prolonged sitting at my desk. This neck and upper back massage device offers both massage and heat therapy to alleviate the discomfort. The results are noticeable within a short period. In contrast, my previous handheld massager was cumbersome and caused hand pain during back massages. The heating pad was also time-consuming. However, this massager effectively provides heat and massage to both the neck and part of the upper back. I prefer using it in a slightly reclined position on the sofa for support or bent forward to achieve the desired pressure. I appreciate the three settings: percussive, kneading, and heat. I've also used it to massage my thighs, but I need to move it around to cover the entire leg. However, there are a few drawbacks. It's quite bulky, and it seems to focus more on the neck than the upper back.

1. What drew me into the device was that I'm a desk worker and I always get tight neck and shoulders. I'm able to use this device on my desk and sitting on. The couch. 2. I love the kneading and heat modes. The percussive mode is nice when I'm seated on the couch. 3. After using it, my shoulder felt lighter. 4. This is as strong as a hand held device without the effort of having to keep holding it.
