I've been using Nexxus Therappe for close to 20 years. I loved it because it was thick, lathered well, and smelled fantastic. It made my hair soft and shiny. The stuff in the new bottle doesn't have protein in it anymore! My hair really needs protein and has been an absolute mess recently, I can only assume the new formulation is why. I called Nexxus (big mistake) and asked them about this and the guy on the phone still had the old ingredients list. It's not worth it to me to try to troubleshoot so I'll just look for something new
New Formula is GARBAGE

Nexxus changed this formula AGAIN. Conditioner has ZERO slip, hair feels dry and like a tangled mess while wet in shower, and doesn't smell good anymore. Nexxus doesn't seem to value their loyal customer base. I'm done wasting my money.
