To turn on the Theragun mini, firmly press and hold the multi-functional power/speed button on the right side of the device.
Float the device across areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
Press the power/speed button again to toggle between 3 speeds.
To turn off the Theragun mini, firmly press and hold the power/speed button until the device shuts off.

Powerful
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This massage tool has three different attachments you can easily change. Sometimes I would change the attachment after using it and my fingers would feel a little greasy because there is a way to remove the attachment. This tool is also really powerful and it comes with three settings. For my lower back the lowest setting seems a little too powerful because it almost hurt my back. The tool was great at massaging my upper back, legs and feet. I also like how it's small and comes with a little pouch for the tool but I would had hoped the attachments would fit in the pouch as well. Overall this is a very good massage tool.
Best massage ever!
I received this product in exchange for my honest review.This rechargeable massager is great for sore muscles and relaxation. The charge lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes. Perhaps longer depending on what setting you use. I like that one button changes the settings to your liking. It's also light and comfortable in your hands.
Lots of power in a compact size
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I LOVE it! I assumed its small size would mean it wouldnt have much power but oh wow yes it does, and the charge lasts super long! Its easy to hold and comes with 3 heads to use for different issues (I like the widest head for a nice massage-like feel). I find if I use it too long that my skin gets itchy but Ive heard thats pretty common. Its awesome!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am absolutely on love with this Therabody mini. I have the Therabody Pro and this one is so handy. I absolutely love how quiet it is and although it's tiny it is mighty. Gets the job done. The battery stays charged pretty long on one charge.
