Q
You recommend replacing it every 12-15 times of use. Why isnt this advertised as disposable?
Asked by Nicki
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
While the Micro Derma Roller isn’t single-use, the needles naturally dull over time, which is why we suggest replacing it after about 12–15 uses for the best results. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
What are the size of the needles?
Asked by Nm
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
The needles on the Kitsch Derma Roller in Gray are 0.25 mm in thickness. This size is ideal for personal use, allowing for effective stimulation of the skin without causing discomfort. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Will microneedling help remove milia?
Asked by Ruth
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
Microneedling with the Micro Derma Roller is not recommended for removing milia. Milia are small keratin-filled cysts that typically require professional extraction by a dermatologist or esthetician. The roller is best for supporting smoother skin, improved absorption of serums, and overall skin texture. Was this answer helpful to you

Hello my friends. This is a product that you didn't know that you needed. Just place it in the freezer and roll it on and over your face. You can even do it a few times a day. Got a migraine or tnj, this helps. It's kinda cold. The handle could use improvement. Jesus loves you.

Not great

I bought this roller because i wanted to use it for the scalp and it was not great, the needles are too small for the recommended amount and it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. I still have to use it for the face, maybe it will be better for that. The material is also cheap and some of the needles were bent when i opened it.

Seeing the excellent reviews I thought it would better that what it is. It is ok. I can feel something when I use it but I don't really think it is doing what the description claims it is doing.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
