I overall would recommend this shampoo UNLESS you have a history of sensitive skin. Maybe get a sample or travel size before committing to a larger container. Using this product feels like rubbing menthol on my scalp. It creates a cold burning feeling, which I find incredibly uncomfortable. I felt burning on my face as well from using this product. It made me feel kind of cold, which is not what I'm looking for when I'm taking a relaxing shower. As a result, I ended up using much hotter water than I normally would. I wasn't really a fan of the smell, either. However, my hair was smooth and less frizzy after using this product.
