I have fine (thin) hair, and while I love the smell and texture of the shampoo - it leaves my hair looking a little greasy post-wash. I am being sure to not use too much (and to lather), but I am surprised at the heaviness of the shampoo and I'm not super pleased with the post-wash look of my strand...

I have long fine hair. This shampoo rinses out very well with no after effect. I have been using it for 6 months and see a substantial amount of new hair growth on my scalp. I gave it 4 stars because it does dry out your ends so make sure you apply a conditioner.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I don't usually spend $$ on shampoo. I usually find something salon quality at a department store for a reasonable price or clearance shelf at my local grocery store. You'd be surprised what you can find if you look! I wish I would have returned this on the same day I did the store pickup. The ingredient list is long...I was surprised to see that! I brought it home anyway and actually counted around 50 hairs lost after each of my first few tries. I don't understand. I know everyone is different, but it made me lose more hair than I do using other shampoos. I'm thinking about contacting Paul Mitchell company. Also, I was expecting at least a hint of the dreamy awapuhi scent but no.
