Used to be great, not anymore
I used to use the old version of this product which I loved, then they reformulated and switched from a twist to a sharpener which was awful. I ordered multiple versions thinking I got a bad product but they were all bad. Then I found this this product and love it, but I had a hard time tracking it...

I have tried so many automatic eyeliners over the years, and this one is the best on the market. It always goes on smooth, stays on, no smudging, and has rich color. I just wish it were cheaper...lol!

I Would Buy This Product Again And Again
This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It's easy to apply. Does not tug on your skin. Last 24 hours without smudging. I love this product. It's better than any eyeliner I have bought in my lifetime (over 50).
Unusable
The product I received was dried, rubbery, and unusable. I tried many different options, but could not get the eyeliner to work on my skin. The texture was also very odd and seemed to be an old or expired product.
