Using essence Super Fine Eyeliner Pen Waterproof, begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. Go over liner for a thicker line. To create a winged eyeliner look, angle the brush slightly upwards towards the end of your eye and draw a line outwards. Then, connect the end of the line to the rest of your eyeliner. To remove, use essence Remove Like A Boss Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover.

I love this eyeliner for the price, it glides on and stays put. Very good for a 3 dollar liner, however I sadly cannot use it. This first time I washed it off with my regular neutrgena makeup wipes I noticed tiny red flecks around my eyes. But I didn't pay attention to them bc after about a day they...

dryed out too fast
the super fine tip is too fine, the eyeliner ended up drying on the tip making it unusable. The eyeliner also goes on very splotchy.

This eyeliner is awful. Love their mascara so tried this and im disappointed. Its very watery and lacked pigment. Its not waterproof for me. And while i could have worked with that with maybe some eyeshadow packed on over, what I am most disappointed in, is it dried out after a week. Completely unusable after two.
