Using essence Super Fine Eyeliner Pen Waterproof, begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. Go over liner for a thicker line. To create a winged eyeliner look, angle the brush slightly upwards towards the end of your eye and draw a line outwards. Then, connect the end of the line to the rest of your eyeliner. To remove, use essence Remove Like A Boss Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover.

I love this eyeliner for the price, it glides on and stays put. Very good for a 3 dollar liner, however I sadly cannot use it. I bought this and after using that same day, IT NEVER WORKED AGAIN. I shook it and everything, but it did not work. So sad because I spent my money for something that could not last for a few months.

i used to use the Stila Stay All Day liquid eyeliner plus the Milani StayPut 17H eyeliner but you have to wait for the latter to dry and it always felt kind of tight on my eyelids & was harder to fully remove from my eyes when taking off my makeup. Stila Stay All Day fades frequently throughout the day, to the point where I had to bring my eyeliner with me outside to touch my eyeliner up every few hours, but this one doesn't and it's so much cheaper too!

You get you pay for. I wear eyeliner on a daily basis and I've tried so many different kinds. this one just was not worth it. It doesnt stay in place and if youre not careful to not touch your face, you'll lift the product. It doesnt seem to smudge which is almost worse because instead it sort of flakes off. Spend an extra couple dollars and buy the nyx liner

This eyeliner is my holy grail. Easy to apply, perfect color, dries fast. I have used this eyeliner for many years and i keep going back to it after trying another for a change.
