Pilling, stick is inconvenient
I bought this bc it has a specific type of vit c (THDA) in a higher concentration. I wanted to love this product but I dont. The stick form is inconvenient- it doesnt really melt into your skin, and worse, it pills. So disappointed. $$

I've used C E Ferulic with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid for years—bottle after bottle—without any issues, so I'm no stranger to potent vitamin C. I'm also a fan of several Live Tinted products, which is why I was excited to try the Superbright Vitamin C stick. To be safe, I did a patch test for three days, and everything seemed fine. But once I applied it to my full face, I noticed some redness on the second day. I immediately stopped using it, but unfortunately, things got worse over the next two weeks—my skin became red, rough, bumpy, and irritated. I eventually had to see my dermatologist. It's been four weeks, and my skin still hasn't fully recovered. :( I really wanted to love this product, but it didn't work for my sensitive skin. This is the only item from Live Tinted that I'd recommend others with similar skin concerns approach with caution. Just sharing in case it helps someone else avoid the same reaction.

Great product, not such great packaging

This stuff is magic. I just finished my second stick and there is a noticeable difference in brightness and discoloration has faded. Even as good as it is, I'm hesitating to reorder. The packaging is just not ideal and a lot of product is wasted. There is about 3/4" of product below the top of the stick which cannot be rubbed on normally without being scraped off by the stick top. I've tried digging the product out and applying directly but it is not easy to spread once outside the stick. I cleared the remaining product in order to put the stick in the Terracycle box and it was the size of a cherry or large grape. That's a lot of waste. I knocked off a star for this packaging issue.
