Has anyone experienced "pilling" with this product? I never have until a recent container that I received where the very top of the eye cream looked slightly off. I am still using all of the same face products that I've always used (so nothing new to react with to create the "pilling"). I'm hoping I just received a bad batch.

- Official Answer By StriVectin - Brand EngagePilling can happen when a product doesn’t fully absorb before the next layer or if there’s excess product or surface buildup. First I’d suggest applying a pea sized amount on clean skin and waiting one minute before layering anything on top and pat until absorbed. Also make sure your skin is fully dry after cleansing and that you’re not using too many heavy textures over it.Was this answer helpful to you

Do not order this eye cream. After using them for about 9 months, the last 3 jars I've ordered have not been usable, and after reaching out to the company with pictures and boxes with all the numbers then requested, they're unwilling to stand behind their product.
If you're consistent it works!
I've tried it all! I onky use this as a bedtime routine. A littke goes a ling way. I am on week 3 of usage and can say that my eyes areway my hydrated, less puffy, and overall, look younger when I wake. Try it! I never give reviews and this is worth it!

This product truly keeps my undereyes from being puffy.
Not friendly when used with other product.
Dissapointed in this product. The reviews hyped it up so much and I really wanted to love it, however, this product does not work well with other product such as creams, oils and makeup. -It peels like dry liquid glue when mixed with face cream and oils -My eyes have flakes when I wake up if used the night before. -It cracks when wearing makeup. -Has shown a pattern of drying my lids on the ends and it takes weeks to hydrate back.

I really wanted to love this eye cream but its just not good. Absolutely cant wear makeup over it and pills even hours later after putting it on. Plus l've noticed no improvement in dark cirlces and fine lines.
