If you want to buy this eye cream, please be aware that you must open it immediately upon receiving it and finish it within thirty days, otherwise it may dry out, and Fresh will not exchange it for you. They also cannot guarantee any quality issues that occur after thirty days of receiving the product. Please take a look at the product I just opened — it's completely unusable and already spoiled. Eye swelling from Matrix ingredient

I used to love this cream, but when they changed the formula and put Matrix in it, I had a reaction and my eyes swelled up.

I am in my 50s and have problems with dryness under my eyes. Aside from the size which is very small, the product does work. I was actually shocked when it came because it is very pricey, but a little goes a long way. My under eyes stays moisturize and when I apply concealer it goes on smoothly without creases or wrinkles.

Absolute garbage. I loved the old clear formula in the pump bottle, which worked very well. This curls up into little balls around your eyes in about five minutes. Absolute rip-off.
