This paste is really firm and takes a few swipes of the fingers to get enough to apply, but once it's in my hair it works really well to define the style and hold it. Then it can keep hold into the next day. I'm very pleased with this product.

when I first opened the jar I thought it was so hard, but when I ran my fingers over it I got just enough (which isn't much) to style my fine short hair. it works better than any other product I've had. It's not sticky and holds so well. I'm extremely satisfied.
