Can't open
Who knows if this shampoo would have worked as the bottle is impossible to open. Finally managed to tear off top off conditioner with a knife and pair of scissors but shampoo just won't open. "One good push" doesn't do it nor does pressing down with all your weight, stomping on, cutting into, ect....

it is working just fine!
it works really well on my hair, all while I can't tell about the pros and cons about my hair after using it I think it smells nice. the only reason it doesn't fully satisfy me is because not much comes out. I have to use a lot for it. all while my hair is pretty thick and full that's really the only thing wrong with it.
