I have been using Paul Mitchell's Straight Works for more years than I can remember. I combine it with Paul Mitchell's skinny serum onto damp hair. It leaves my hair shiny and healthy. It is a product I cannot be without.

I do not recommend this product not only did it dry my hair, but it did absolutely nothing. I've been using this now for about 20 years. I've tried other brands, smoothing cremes, etc. Nothing compares to Paul Mitchell Straight Works for my extremely curly, color treated hair. I hope they never "re-formulate" or discontinue this or I might just be forced to shave my head. I love this stuff!

Blown away
I've been having a very hard time finding products my hair "approves of" lately. It's been pitching a fit with almost everything I buy. So I did not have high hopes for this. Boy was I wrong. Wow. This stuff is amazing. I was worried because it's a gel consistency and I was concerned it would feel heavy or sticky. It doesn't. It dries my wavy hair beautifully straight. I feel that it cuts down on drying time as well. And afterwards my hair is super soft. To where you just want to run your hands through it. Even my damaged ends are less tangled and don't snag my fingers when I rake them through. I'm so thrilled and found my new go to styling product.
