Shake well. Starting at your eye's inner corner, trace your lash line, sticking as close to your lashes as possible. Build using small, gradual strokes. Remove with an oil-based cleanser.

Not very opaque or long lasting!
I'm not an expert at eyeliner, but I do have hooded eyelids and prefer a very thin line. This eyeliner has a felt tip that should be precise and easy to use, but the formula is the problem. Pigmented but doesn't always stick and not best applicator

I do heavy winged eyeliner most days, and have been trying to find a cleaner/greener replacement for Wet N Wild's Breakup Proof liquid eyeliner pen. While that product has a pointed brush tip (which makes it extremely easy to create straight, even lines), this eyeliner has a pointed felt/marker tip, which I've found makes it challenging to create even lines and it also picks up product you've already put down if you go back over an area. It also doesn't always apply down on the inner corner of my eyes no matter how many times I go over the area. That being said, it does the job and the formulation is pretty clean/nontoxic from my research, so I think it's still deserving of 4 stars if you're willing to finesse with it. If I find a better nontoxic eyeliner pen, I will update this review.

I came across this by accident while looking for a new eye liner and am glad I did this is the best I have found sofar, it last all day and when am am applying it it doesn't dry out before I can get to my other eye. You do have to use a light hand but once you get the hang of it it's great.
