Shake well. Starting at your eye's inner corner, trace your lash line, sticking as close to your lashes as possible. Build using small, gradual strokes. Remove with an oil-based cleanser.

Not very opaque or long lasting!
I'm not an expert at eyeliner, but I do have hooded eyelids and prefer a very thin line. This eyeliner has a felt tip that should be precise and easy to use, but the formula is the problem. I love the milani stay put line. however I can't back this one. it doesn't apply easy, needs to be reapplied several times to get pigmentation needed.

This formula I feel has changes. Never before did it dry so slowly and still it left a line above my crease and was stick all three different times I tried it this time.
The absolute worst liner I've ever bought.
The apllicator is terrible and is super inconsistent. Does not produce a consistent line; Sometimes nothing comes out, sometimes you get a super thick line, some times you can thin dark line with a light smudge underneath it. When you go back over what youve already done to attempt to even it out, the product just rubs off with the new line. The flakey remnents then stick to the nib and cause the liquid to block. What you do manage to get to stick just flakes off before you've even left the house. Useless. I cant believe anyone would make this and think "yeah, this is want the people want!" It's now in the bin. Save your money!

Love this eyeliner

Excellent black, easy to make a winged eyeliner look and inexpensive. I'm surprised that influencers aren't talking about this eyeliner, even as South Korean make up is trending because this eyeliner is also made from SK without the price tag. I love the pen applicator too. I've had this for 6 months so far and it has still to dry out in comparison to other more expensive brands. And the tip is still excellent in comparison to others as well.
