I have used it twice now . I have been in the hair industry for over 30 years. This is by far a great hairdryer. Value for money the warranty is amazing and the performance is excellent.
faulty product
When I was testing this dryer out, I plugged it in and after 2 seconds it just turns off, flashing the 3 red lights indicating it's overheating. it's not even on long enough to overheat, literally 2 seconds and it automatically shuts itself off. for a $200+ dryer, by Shark, I expected better. I love their vacuums so I was excited to try this blowdryer. it's not even on long enough to use at all. I'm going to try to exchange it because I can see it's powerful, I just need it to stay on longer than 2 seconds. ugh! tiktok has videos showing that this is a very very common issue. my $20-$100 dryers have never given out, even after years of use.
