Defective
I bought this hairdryer at a well known retailer. I purchased it because it looked versatile and less bulky than my current (aging) hairdryer. It work for about 20 seconds then it cut out. Tried it again, and it shut off after just a few seconds. I tried different outlets and still would not stay on...

NOT WORTH IT
Extremely disappointed. This dryer would stop working in the middle of blow drying. The button placement is awful and easy to hit while using. Now it's stuck on full blast and the cold setting only. Completely unusable. Save your money and buy another brand.

Love this over my Dyson By Far
I have the dyson and have it for years and I love my shark so much more. It dries my hair so much faster. Im not sure why recent reviews are so bad unless they got a bad batch but I havent had those same issues thankfully. I cant live without this hair dryer and its changed my hair in the best way! Im literally going to sell my dyson because I no longer touch it.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
This was my first high-end hairdryer purchase and I am SO disappointed. I only used it twice, once to blow dry straight, and once diffusing my curly hair. It shorted both times after less than a minute of use. When I was diffusing, it was on the lowest heat setting and fan speed, but still shut off after literally 10 seconds. I will be returning. :(

I bought your hair dryer in June 2025. After 2–3 weeks, it began overheating, blinking, and stopping multiple times per use. Customer care only kept asking me to try "different outlets" (even washing machine ones!) instead of resolving the issue. Really disappointed. 😕
