Does not have a long lifespan
I bought this product in December 2024. At first it was amazing and at about the one year mark it started to shut off spontaneously while I was drying my hair. I would have to wait several minutes for it to turn in again but would only get about 30-45 seconds of dry time. For as much as I paid for this product I would expect it to have a longer lifespan.
Worked great at first
Absolutely loved this dryer but after a few months, it started shutting off while I was using it. It works for about one minute, then it's dead. Really disappointed in the quality.
Life changer
Easy to use, you can do different styles with it and it dries the hair within 10 minutes as well it leaves my hair smooth without any frizz.

Worked fine for a year. Now it overheats constantly. I religiously clean the filter. Still overheats. Shark will not send a warranty replacement without a picture of the cord cut. I was happy to return the faulty one back to them after receiving the replacement but that wasn't good enough. So, with no way of drying my hair in the interim I just bought a babyliss. This shark hairdryer was the most expensive and worst dryer I've owned. I can't justify buying another shark product after this.

I thought i liked this blow dryer. After a fee months of using it, i noticed that it shuts off continually during the drying process making it take longer to actually dry my hair.
