Great Facewash - Terrible Experience

I ordered the largest size Soy face wash during the Black Friday sale since I know I love this product. I was excited to see an email saying it had arrived earlier then expected. Unfortunately that was a lie. After not finding the package and checking the UPS tracking number to get details about the delivery, I found out my order was getting returned to Fresh at their request. Fresh did not inform me of this. I could not redirect the package with UPS since Fresh requested it be returned to them. I also could not get ahold of customer service at Fresh to see what was going on. I only heard back from them through an email a week after I put in a written inquiry about the situation. All they wrote is "UPS was unable to deliver your order" and I would get a refund. I love this face wash, its my favorite. The high price however means I can only justify splurging on it during particularly good sales once every couple of years. I am super disappointed that I was sold the product only for them to change their mind and decide they weren't going to sell it to me for the sale price anymore. I was never asked if I would like the items shipped to me at a later date , or given any real explanation of why I didn't receive my items. I am deeply saddened this has happened since I will not be able to reorder now. The 3-star rating is for the bad customer service and lack of affordability. I save up and wait for a sale just to buy these products, so admittedly maybe other people will not feel as affected by these issues.

It's the only cleanser I have used in several years. I only need a small amount & removes makeup like a charm. It's light & refreshing & I love how it leaves my skin so soft & feeling very clean & moisturized.
I've used this for 15 years
This has been my facial cleanser since 2010 & unless they discontinue it, I will use it for the rest of my life. I have sensitive skin thats prone to clogged pores & irritation. This cleanser does not disturb my skin & actually helps reduce redness; thats the first thing i noticed when testing it out all those years ago. My skin became more calm & the tone was more even. Its a gel formula that does not foam up. The gel glides over skin & does a good job at breaking down makeup. Its true that it leaves your skin feeling hydrated (but not oily or greasy, just balanced). It is a bit pricey, but tbh a tube lasts me around 2 months & I use it every night before bed. I dont actually notice any scent when i use this but maybe I've just gone nose blind to it. I highly recommend this cleanser to anyone with normal to dry skin &/or skin that is easily irritated or prone to break-outs.
