For Fine Hair!
One day when I was shopping I saw this and decided to give it a go. My foundation before putting heat protectants; R+CO television shampoo & conditioner, then Bumble & Bumble invisible oil leave in primer, finally, Bed Head some like it hot. I spray this on my ends first and go up to my roots. I haven't had a time where I sprayed too much on my roots for there to be an issue. I have fine hair in texture but medium in thickness and it is just below my bra strap. I use the Cricket #450 round brush as I have straight hair and have embraced it. using the large size helps cut down on blow dry time, also sectioning my hair helps too. bed head some like it hot has to be the best surprise purchase for me in a long while. the smell is amazing, the spray is so fine I never worry about over saturation. I love that I can spray this at my roots and not have to be scared of oily scalp at the end of the day. the fact it protects against uv damage and humidity is going to be awesome in the summer for MI weather. I am almost done with my bottle and plan to get another one. I blow dry my hair every other day and my ends still look amazing. I haven't had to increase my turnaround to the salon for trims. The fun smell, the light-weight feel and protection is phenomenal. I love it a lot!

I love the smell. I put it on damp hair, blow dry and my hair feels great!
High hopes fell flat:(
After some research i decided on this heat protectant due to the cost and effectiveness tested. Unfortunately when using this product—even on clean hair, it causes too much friction and tangles immediately.
Works good
Tested on thermal paper and the paper was BARELY black. I know that thermal paper is not hair but in my opinion this works good at a good price.
Bed Head Heat Protectant Spray
Didn't like the smell. Also, it made my hair damp so I had to wait for it to dry to begin straighting or curling it. Also seemed to dry out my hair. Wouldn't repurchase.
