I had such high hopes for this powder. I was looking for a powder to replace my PMGL under eye powder and this is NOT it. It is too pigmented for my under eyes and not at all hydrating. (I have a light neutral to cool skin tone with dry under eyes.) After a few hours of wear my under eyes are creased and fine lines are enhanced. And at 36 years, I do not want that plastered on my face. I've tried it with a puff and brush with no luck. So I'm still on my hunt. If you're in your mid 30's with dry under eyes, I recommend you skip this one.
