I bought this mask for its brightening claims and also just wanted to have an extra boost for my skin on weeknights where I look super tired. I don't think I've seen enough results to justify repurchasing (bought it in May and think I can be done with it in another 2-3 weeks). It's totally not necessary, but I've kept mine in the fridge during this time. The jelly does have a nice, cooling sensation that way, but I don't see any improvement in the look of my skin after rinsing. I'd also like to echo what another reviewer said about how *difficult* it is for this mask to wash off. I definitely spend extra time at the sink trying to make sure it's all gone. It didn't hurt my skin but also didn't help anything, so I wouldn't repurchase.
Good but not for me
I like that this mask feels like it's cooling down my skin. I have clear but oily skin, although once in a blue moon I'll get a few red pimples which turn into dark spots. I used this mask for a few consecutive days during one of my mild breakouts. It cooled the tingle of my pimples but the mask didn't help get rid of pimples or dark spots. I will not purchase this mask again, I need something stronger.
Great mask for combo skin
My wife has sensitive, combo skin and she loves this mask. I originally bought it for myself (sensitive, dry skin) but she ended up using it way more than me. She doesn't just use it as a wash-off mask; she'll also use a thin layer under her makeup as a base. It's got a sort of tacky finish so I guess that's why it works for her like that. It's very hydrating but the gel texture is lightweight and cooling so it doesn't feel heavy.

Absolutely love this product. I buy it every time I run out it makes my skin super moisturized and glow. I love it so much. I use it every single weekend.
