Honestly you can go wrong with a cream liner. Elf never misses especially with their liners. It glides smoothly and is creamy, and doesn't tug at the skin! And for the price !? Sign me up!! Love how this is a navy color, it's so different !

I do really like the pigmentation and application of this eyeliner, it did smudge on me, unfortunately, and made my eyes very sensitive, but from luxury to prestige. That always happens to me.

The e.l.f. Smoky Kohl Eyeliner in Vintage Dream is such a great find. The formula is super smooth and glides on without tugging, making it easy to create everything from a subtle line to a smudgy, smoky look. The color, Vintage Dream, is gorgeous—it's a deep, rich shade with just the right amount of softness so it's not as harsh as pure black, but still adds great definition. It blends beautifully for that lived-in smoky effect and stays put surprisingly well throughout the day. It's become my go-to when I want an easy, sultry eye look without spending a lot of time.

I love me a good black eyeliner. Black goes with anything and this eyeliner is so easy to use. Love it so bad and easy application. This is a great product and goes on so well.
